Welcome to La Coquette. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

General. You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.

Products & pricing. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected order.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed by resellers. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once placed, orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours — after that they enter processing.

Shipping & returns. Shipping timelines and return eligibility are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Discount codes & promotions. Promotional codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — including images, branding, text, and design — is the property of La Coquette and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Coquette is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
