Shipping policy
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Delivery time. Because our pieces are hand-picked from our partner ateliers, standard delivery to Canada and the United States takes approximately 8–15 business days after processing, with full tracking the whole way. Occasionally customs or carrier delays can add a few days — your tracking link will always show the latest status.
Shipping rates.
- Free tracked shipping on all orders over $75 CAD
- Flat rate $9.99 CAD on orders under $75
Order tracking. Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking to show its first scan.
Address changes. Need to fix your address? Email lexicole@lacoquette.ca within 12 hours of ordering — once an order ships we can't redirect it.
Lost or delayed orders. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 days, or 20 business days have passed since shipment without delivery, email lexicole@lacoquette.ca and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.
Customs & duties. Orders to Canada and the US are typically delivered without additional charges. In the rare case a customs fee applies in your country, it is the responsibility of the recipient.
